Texbase Releases their "Community Portal" - Enabling Customers to Connect

Bozeman, MT (November 13, 2017) – Texbase, Inc., a leading provider of cloud-based product compliance, testing and materials management software solutions announces the release of their new Community Portal, which provides access to support features and enables their customers to better connect with fellow users.

The new online platform streamlines the customer experience by offering on demand access to:

  • Search the knowledge base for frequently asked questions and find all training documentation, knowledge articles and general information related to industry news and Texbase specific resources.
  • Manage support cases by submitting new support tickets or updating existing tickets.              
  • Forum Discussions to share best practices, tips and ask peers for advice or contribute to existing threads.       
  • Stay informed with access to the latest release notes and the Texbase Tech Support blog.

The Texbase community of users have been asking for additional opportunities to interact with one another and share ideas, building on customer interactions at Texbase’s annual user conference and other industry events. The Texbase Community Portal will now allow users to continue their conversations and empower additional collaboration between the many brands, suppliers and labs who make up the Texbase community.
