What is the difference between Single CONNECT and Multi CONNECT?
Single CONNECT allows a supplier to collaborate with one customer while Multi CONNECT allows a supplier to collaborate with an unlimited number of customers.
Is there a setup or renewal fee?
There is a $99 USD activation fee for new subscriptions and for re-starting previously cancelled accounts. There is no renewal fee as long as your subscription remains current.

What payment options are available?
We accept credit cards for monthly subscriptions and either credit card or wire transfer for annual subscriptions.
What if we're not ready to pay for a full year subscription?
It is possible to choose monthly payments for your TEXbase CONNECT subscription. This is helpful during product development and for limited production runs.
When does a subscription start and end?
Your subscription starts on the day your account is configured and will automatically renew until you cancel your subscription.
What IT requirements are there?
TEXbase CONNECT is completely web-based. All you need is an Internet Browser (we support IE and Firefox on PC's and Firefox on Macs) and an Internet connection. There is no software to install and zero IT requirements other than Acrobat reader (for pdf reports) and Excel if you want to export data.
How do we sign up?
Subscribing to TEXbase CONNECT is by invitation only. Please ask your customer to send you an invitation email.
What kind of training and support do you offer?
Web-based training and unlimited email support are included with every subscription.
Do you charge for maintenance or upgrades?
No. All maintenance releases and product upgrades are delivered free of charge.
How many users do we get with each subcription?
Single CONNECT subscribers receive a maximum of three users with your initial subscription fee. Multi CONNECT subscribers receive five users. Additional user accounts are available at any time.
How long does it take to get started?
New TEXbase CONNECT subscribers are usually ready to start sharing data with their customers within a few hours of completing the online form and submitting their payment.
Are your licenses concurrent or for named users?
All TEXbase licenses are for named users. We do not offer concurrent licensing.
What happens to a license if an employee leaves our company?
User licenses are easily transfered between employees. Please contact our technical support staff for assistance.
